DoubleTree by Hilton Austin

I am really enjoying staying here. The rooms are nice. The pool is lovely. Nice little bar and grill. I was overly pleased with the front desk and maintenance stay. We had an issue with our A/C in the room. They promptly fixed it and were polite and went above and beyond. I'll gladly stay here anytime we are in Austin! Thanks for the wonderful stay!@!

Very clean room and a great pool. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use. We will be back again when it's not so busy. Big Hockey tournament and the opposing team that was playing the Austin Bruins.

The rooms at the DoubleTree Hilton were fantastic! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm walnut chocolate chip cookie — such a nice touch. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautifully updated. I loved the different lighting options, and the flat-screen TV made it easy to log into streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu (which conveniently log you out upon checkout). The bathroom featured quality toiletries, and the room included a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker — very convenient! The pool was decent, though my boyfriend said the water was quite cold, and unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay. If your room connects to the pool area, just be aware it can get a bit noisy with kids playing. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

This hotel was great, although when we went to check in, we got 2 rooms connected. Telling her are reservations she said that wasn’t possible so are rooms were apart from each other. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. The beds are a little hard. Btw not all rooms are facing the pool. Some rooms have a patio facing the pool. Theirs a hot tub, pool, and mini pool. I would recommend. Theirs two restaurant and a little shop for necessities.

The location was great, tons of parking, and the attached restaurant was so cool pulling up at night with the huge outdoor fireplace lit. Ally who checked me in was so friendly and helpful! Honestly, it’s one of the best check-in experiences I’ve had in a long time and I travel often for work. My room was extremely clean, and perfect! The tv was huge! Everything seemed new, including usb/c disc plug on the nightstand. Microwave and mini fridge in the cabinet. The shower got hot and was good, even the shampoo and conditioner were usable as most are not. The bed was pretty comfortable, I like it a bit softer but I slept fine. I have NOTHING bad to say about this property, I will stay here again.

We visit family a couple times and year. The staff have all been so incredibly pleasant and kind. We had the best food at breakfast. The pool was closed when we arrived but was open again the next morning. Our rooms were comfortable and decent sized. I love that they have a small mini store in site with pop, snacks and essentials.

We are lucky to have such a nice hotel in Austin! I travel a lot and stayhere weekly! Always greeted with a smile and offered a warm cookie which I occasionally accept! Rooms have been remodeled and everyone I have stayed in are clean and in good working order! The on-sight restaurant is excellent with friendly staff as well! Ellie and Madison are terrific! Also Raul, Ashley and Kelly at front desk also exceptional! Wont stay anywhere else when in Austin and I recommend that for you as well!
